Wow, that is tough. I’m sorry this is happening to you. I am assuming you may experience automatic negative thinking about yourself. A good tool to combat this is to keep a small journal. Every time you start to think something bad about yourself, take out your journal and write something good about yourself. Also remember, people who actually say bad things about you are in the wrong. Don’t blame yourself for their poor choices. They have poor social skills and don’t understand the consequences of their actions. Perhaps being homeschooled with be a breath of fresh air. You can take this time to look inward at yourself.
